Sales T&Cs
All goods carry a 6 month return to base warranty that covers only manufacturer faults and does not include any physical or accidental damage. We DO NOT offer any cash refunds but will replace with an in-store credit note only, unless otherwise stated. If a product is returned as faulty it has to be fully tested by us before a replacement can be offered, testing time is usually 24 hours. If the fault cannot be reproduced then no exchange will be authorised. Any products exchanged need to be returned in the original condition with all accessories and any free products given.
REPAIR T&Cs
All repairs are covered by a 14 day warranty period. This warranty is only for a manufacturer fault of the part replaced during the repair procedure and does not apply to a software repair. The warranty is VOID if the part replaced is in anyway physically damaged such as a broken screen or has any liquid damage. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss during the repair procedure. If repairs are not collected within 28 days they become the property of Tech Corner to recover our costs and may be sold on without any notice. The repair service is non refundable. A repair receipt is always required to collect any repairs, if a receipt can't be produced then valid ID is needed to collect any repair.
